24 HOUR SOLO POOL SWIM – 25 OCTOBER 2024

New Zealand's very first OFFICIAL 24 Hour Solo Pool Swim. We have limited this years field to 6 experienced marathon swimmers to launch the first of many in years to come. The rules are simple:

1. Swim can be held in any certified 25/33/50m pool, indoor or outdoors. 
2. No swimming aids including snorkels, kick boards, pull buoys, hand paddles, fins or neoprene. 
3. Garmin watches, or similar are allowed. 
4. The swim is held over 24 consecutive hours, and the swimmer is allowed to exit the pool for bathroom breaks, nutrition or rest, however the clock keeps ticking and the swimming will then loose valuable water time. 
5. Swimmer is not allowed to leave the pool deck/venue. 

This extraordinary event is the first of its kind in New Zealand, and with limited spots available, it's a rare opportunity you won't want to miss.
